villa mia truly exceeded our expectations during our recent wedding celebration in dubrovnik. luse, the host, was so accommodating and even let us use her washing machine. the facilities were clean and the location was ideal, with plenty of cafes nearby and a decent walk to the old town, which was worth it.

Characterful base for a holiday, we did not want to leave there. We had an excellent stay in Dubrovnik near the old town of Dubrovnik, many bars, and lapad, about 4 kms away from old town. Location was great, close to Uvala Lapad Beach.

Villa Mia was the perfect base for our stay in Dubrovnik. the hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a great tip about Uvala Beach just a short walk away. the beach was stunning, with clear blue waters and a breathtaking sunset. the apartment itself was immaculate and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. We were impressed by the attention to detail and high-quality furnishings. the location was also convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus station nearby. We would highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and great value for money. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all 😊.

Our stay at Villa Mia was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly kind, polite, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They gave us helpful advice on transportation, saving us money on taxis. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the Old Town and the beach. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. we had a great experience at Villa Mia and would highly recommend it.

The only small drawback was the slight humidity in the apartment, but this could be appreciated on hot days. Additionally, the window facing the street could let in some noise.

Convenient location, close to restaurants, beach, and port. Easy access to bus station for Old Town. Clean and spacious apartment for two, might be a bit cramped for four. Quiet and pleasant garden. Private parking and sunny terrace. Helpful and friendly hosts.

We appreciated the reserved parking space right in front of the hotel.
